Architectural Information - The Grad Building

Although the first floor was substantially changed, the second story of this simple Italianate building is essentially intact.  The double frame building has a stone foundation with a brick veneer. 

The ground floor was remodeled to approximate the look of what a shop façade would have looked like in the 1890s.
